WAPIGO is a product of Urban Digital Studio, Nashik, India ("we"). This page explains what the WAPIGO Android app does with information.

What we collect

• Free trial signup: your name and mobile number, so we can give you a trial and prevent repeat trials.
• Licence data: your licence code, a hashed phone identifier and phone model, to keep a code on the phone it was sold for.
• Features you switch on: WhatsApp chat text (for AI auto-reply), call log entries and call recording files you choose (for call summaries), contact numbers from WhatsApp groups you open (for the extractor).

How it is used

Data is used only to provide the feature you turned on. Text or audio sent for AI replies or call summaries is processed by our AI service provider to produce the result and is not used by us for advertising. We do not sell your data.

Stored on your phone

Templates, lists, notes, reminders and settings are stored on your phone. Call summaries and follow-ups are stored on your phone; team features may store call summary lines against your licence so your owner can view them.

Permissions

Notification access, accessibility, call-log, phone state, storage/recording-folder and contacts permissions are requested only for the matching feature. You can switch each off in the app or in Android settings at any time.

Your choices

To delete your trial or licence data, message us on WhatsApp at +91 77967 58340 and we will remove it.
